One of my all time favourite side dish or starter cum main course is seer fish. Try my recipe its Yummy and delicious!😋😋😋

Prep Time or Marination Time :- 30 minutes 

 Cook Time :- 20 minutes



 Ingredients:

Oil - 4 tbsp

Seer/Vanjaram fish - 4 big ones

Red chilli powder - 2 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Cumin powder - 2 tsp

Corn Starch - 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

Lime Juice - 2 tsp

Chaat Masala

Salt - to taste

Lime Wedges and Onion Rings (for Garnish)

==>> Preparation

Wash the fish pieces and pat dry with  a paper towel.

In a plate, take red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder, ginger garlic paste,cornstarch,lime juice and salt. 

Mix it well with your hand. Add little oil if needed.

Coat the fish pieces with the mix on one side well and repeat the same for other side too. 

Marinate the fish pieces for minimum 30 minutes at least.For better taste and result keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.





==>> Method

Heat oil in a tawa, place the fish pieces carefully and fry it for 5 minutes. 

Then turn the fish pieces with care and cook it for 3 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and garish with lime wedges and onion rings.

Serve Hot.
